About the role

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Littleton, Colorado .

In this role, you’ll lead engaging and safe group fitness classes that inspire participants of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals. You’ll create a positive, inclusive environment, deliver high-quality instruction, and help foster a supportive fitness community that keeps members motivated and coming back.

This is an on-call position that provides class coverage on an as-needed basis when regularly scheduled instructors are unavailable, offering a flexible opportunity to share your passion for fitness while gaining experience in a corporate wellness setting.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $50 - $60/class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
