Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring a Group Class Instructor for our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin. Teach up to 10 classes per week and motivate participants through engaging, safe group workouts.

Qualified candidates hold a nationally accredited certification (ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM/NETA/NCCPT) and CPR/AED/First Aid. On-site onboarding and timecard systems are used; a pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from a recognized provider required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members across classes such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
• Lead up to 10 classes per week at the corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin.
• Create engaging workout experiences that support participants’ fitness goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
