Responsibilities

• Assist Group Claims Examiners by gathering, verifying, and entering claim information into the claims management system.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain complete and accurate electronic claim files.
• Set up new claims and maintain accurate records throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Scan, upload, index, and manage electronic and physical claim documents.
• Assist with claim filing, archiving, retrieval of archived files, and other administrative support activities.
