Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Solution Architect to support a Group Benefits platform in a hybrid environment across NY/NJ/CT/PA. The role focuses on owning product and delivery architecture, ensuring solutions align to business capabilities, and guiding end-to-end designs for application, data, integration, and infrastructure components.

You will mentor engineers and drive architectural quality across teams.

Qualifications

• Insurance domain experience is mandatory, preference for Group Benefits platforms.
• Ability to architect enterprise-scale solutions in complex environments.
• Experience designing for high availability, resiliency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, business-critical systems in insurance.
• Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for a Group Benefits platform and value streams.
• Drive architecture alignment with business capabilities and platform direction.
• Design end-to-end architectures across application, data, integration, and infra.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align roadmaps and MVP scope.
• Enforce design standards, security requirements, and patterns.
• Reuse enterprise capabilities to reduce duplication across teams.
• Identify and remove technical dependencies impacting delivery timelines.
• Provide hands-on guidance on design and implementation approaches.
• Lead proofs-of-concept and influence technology strategy.
• Mentor engineers on architecture principles and decisions.
• Reduce technical debt and improve scalable solutions.
