Job summary

CoLab, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Group Art Supervisor to lead a versatile design team and drive high‑quality creative campaigns for clients. You will guide concept development, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with client goals while maintaining brand consistency.

You will collaborate with account managers, strategy teams, and clients, mentor art directors, review presentations, and stay ahead of market trends through research and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Medical Communications or medical marketing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Macintosh hardware, Adobe CS6, Illustrator, Photoshop and presentation software.
• Proven creative ability and sound judgment with client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Own projects from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and client alignment.
• Write and oversee promotional materials to ensure consistency and strategic fit.
• Develop new, compelling presentation methods and creative approaches.
• Lead and mentor art directors and junior staff.
• Communicate direction clearly to art directors, suppliers, and editorial staff.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey concepts and strategy.
• Contribute insights from market research to guide creative direction.
• Coordinate with copy, editorial, and project management teams to meet deadlines.
• Present work in an organized, engaging way to internal teams and clients.
