Qualifications

• Active state license required.
• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical role preferred.
• Experience in chemical dependency treatment preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the US is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured, therapeutic group sessions for assigned patients.
• Apply appropriate clinical interventions and modify group content to meet patient needs.
• Provide education, support, and therapeutic interaction in a group setting.
• Assist with discharge planning including FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and sober housing.
• Attend and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, case management, and nursing to support patient progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report directly to the Clinical Director.

• SUN-THUR 8:30a-5p
• M-F 8:30a-5p

Compensation:

• $60k-65k + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)
