Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as an engineer or hydrogeologist for water resources projects; 2+ years in project management.
• Technical knowledge in groundwater modeling and data visualization; Proficiency with Python or R; ArcGIS.
• Colorado groundwater permitting knowledge and strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the development of project deliverables to ensure timely delivery, technical quality, and within budget.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with critical clients across the Rocky Mountain region.
• Support proposal development including technical scopes of work and fee estimates.
• Oversee development of hydrogeologic models and water budgets; groundwater well design and testing.
• Prepare project deliverables: technical reports, memorandums, presentations, and digital outputs.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and ensure schedules and budgets are maintained.
