ISA Certified Arborist in Missouri is seeking a Groundsperson to support the crew on ground-based work, including clearing brush and assisting with site cleanup.

Based in St Robert, MO, the role requires operating hand tools and power saws, loading debris, and maintaining safety protocols. A valid driver's license and ability to travel for storm restoration may be required; this is a full-time, outdoors position.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in vegetation management or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground-based vegetation clearing using hand tools and power saws.
• Load and unload logs and debris; feed brush into brush chipper.
• Set up and break down road signs and traffic controls.
• Operate trucks and maintain equipment; report repair needs.
• Safeguard employees and public by enforcing safety practices.
