Job Summary: The General Tree Care Team is the core of our operation. These team members work together to provide high-quality tree care, maintaining the health of our clients' landscapes. This role offers outdoor work and the chance to visit beautiful properties in the community. The team applies expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure landscape health.

This position pays up to $19 per hour, with benefits including PTO, full health and dental coverage, 401(k), and a potential $500 sign-on bonus.

The General Tree Care Team is vital to our success. These team members work outdoors, visiting various properties and applying their skills in pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care practices. Safety and equipment operation are essential aspects of the role.

A Day in the Life

Team members collaborate daily to deliver high-quality tree care. Responsibilities include pruning, removals, and other related tasks, all performed with safety and customer service in mind.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in proper pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamentals
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species, with knowledge of their characteristics
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards
• Practical skills in chainsaw and equipment operation
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL is a plus
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
