Job summary

The Campus Apartments is seeking a Dedicated Groundsperson to maintain and enhance our grounds across our properties. You will perform pruning, landscape maintenance, edging, mulching, and debris removal, and assist with pool and light maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

The Groundsperson reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
