Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Groundskeeping Supervisor to oversee grounds maintenance at our facilities and lead the groundskeeping team. You will assign tasks, monitor quality and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in groundskeeping or related work, a non-commercial driver's license, and prior supervisory experience. You will coordinate with vendors, train staff, and manage equipment and inventory while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in groundskeeping/related role.
• Non-commercial driver's license required.
• Supervisory or lead grounds crew experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of groundskeeping principles and landscape equipment.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
• Excellent communication with team and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance and improvements to facility grounds and may perform mowing and snow removal as needed.
• Schedules and assigns daily work to groundskeeping teams and supervises task completion per sustainability guidelines.
• Responsible for training groundskeeping workers and lead workers.
• Maintains client expectations regarding compliance with laws and contract requirements.
• Inspects acreage to identify maintenance or landscape upgrade needs.
• May handle order placement and inventory management.
• May perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment.
• May operate trucks, tractors and attachments as needed.
