Meadowood seeks a dedicated Groundskeeper/Landscaper in Lansdale, PA to maintain our community landscapes and ensure safety and beauty for residents. The role requires work in all weather and seasonal shifts, including snow removal when needed.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with weekend on-call. The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive full-time benefits in a thriving community setting.

Job description

The Position

Are you passionate about creating a sustainable and manicured landscape for others? This opportunity seeks to find a Groundskeeper who has a passion for establishing unique outdoor environments. Our Groundskeepers play a vital role in providing a safe community for all staff to work and residents to live in. As a dedicated groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents’ gardens and common area landscapes are maintained to the highest standards. Must be willing to work in inclement weather to remove snow from campus grounds.

Hours are available all year round, no layoffs during the winter season!

Rates~ $19.46-$23.36.

Hours~ Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm. E/O weekend required.
