Job summary

Oakley Country Club in Watertown, MA is seeking seasonal Groundskeeper to maintain our golf course greens and surrounding areas. This hands-on role offers an outdoor, pristine club environment with a focus on member satisfaction and pride in upkeep.

You will typically work 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday with one weekend day, mowing tall grass, raking bunkers, and performing general landscaping tasks.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• Willingness to perform daily outdoor groundskeeping tasks.
• Preferred ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mow tall grass and maintain greens.
• Rake leaves and debris from bunkers.
• Perform general landscaping tasks and zone maintenance.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
