Job description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliableGroundskeeper / Shop Laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for keeping our grounds pristine while assisting with equipment maintenance and shop organization.

Responsibilities

Grounds Maintenance:

Perform routine lawn care (mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming).

• Clear debris, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking lots.

Operate power equipment such as leaf blowers, chainsaws, and zero-turn mowers.

Shop & Facility Support:

Power washing and cleaning of company vehicles and equipment.

Organize inventory, tools, and supplies within the shop when directed.

Perform minor facility repairs and “handyman” tasks as needed.

Ensure the shop environment remains safe, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience:Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or shop labor preferred.

Physical Ability:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).

Technical Skills:Ability to safely operate power tools and heavy machinery.

License: Valid Driver’s License required CDL a plus

Reliability:Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
