Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety rules and regulations.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks on site.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred but not required.
• Good interpersonal skills and reliability for on-site collaboration.
• Certifications or apprenticeship experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
