Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper/Punch Technician to maintain exterior spaces and common areas of our communities. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians to keep grounds debris-free, walkways clear, and public spaces presentable, with light cleaning and basic repairs as needed.

The role emphasizes reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset in an outdoor environment within the southeastern United States.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of community grounds, breezeways, and amenities.
• Collect and dispose of daily trash and debris; clean and empty waste containers.
• Assist with turning vacant apartments, including light cleaning and removal of items.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light fixture replacement, and minor repairs.
• Operate blowers, pressure washers, and landscaping tools to maintain outdoor areas.
• Report safety concerns or repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Job Summary

As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for creating the first impression of the community by maintaining its exterior and common areas. • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on property needs.
