Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain property grounds and common areas. The role involves daily inspections, trash pickup, and assisting with apartment turnover and maintenance tasks on-site.

You will handle lighting, screens, appliance connections, air filters, and basic upkeep to ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents across our properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep property and management offices clean by inspecting daily and picking up litter.
• Clean mail rooms, sweep floors, and remove dated notices from bulletin boards.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Replace first-floor window screens upon request.
• Assist with apartment make-readies: trash vacant units, caulk, check appliances and smoke detectors.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install or move appliances and hook them up.
• Replace air filters in occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area, hose down and straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
