Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds and assist with light maintenance tasks across properties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior groundskeeping or janitorial experience.

You will be responsible for cleaning, basic repairs, and supporting maintenance staff to ensure well-kept, safe properties. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Keep property and grounds clean by inspecting daily and picking up trash.
• Keep mail rooms clean and remove dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Replace window screens on request.
• Assist with apartment make-readies, caulk, check appliances and smoke detectors.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters in occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area and straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.
