Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to support daily property maintenance across our portfolio. The role involves cleaning, light repairs, appliance assistance, and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior groundskeeping or janitorial experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and office areas; pick up litter each morning.
• Keep mail rooms clean; remove dated notices and sweep floors.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Replace window screens on first floor as requested.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and maintenance tasks.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant units.
• Install, move, and hook up appliances as needed.
• Perform light painting and general upkeep.
• Clean pool area and straighten furniture.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
