Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Groundskeeper to help maintain our residential properties. You will perform daily groundskeeping, assist with make-readies, and ensure safety and cleanliness across common areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and good customer service. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs regularly.
• Role MAY require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting daily and removing litter.
• Keep mail rooms clean; remove trash and outdated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies; clean, caulk, check appliances and detectors.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move, and hook up appliances.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
