Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties. You will perform daily exterior upkeep, assist with apartment make-readies, replace lightbulbs and air filters, and help the Maintenance team keep the grounds safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in groundskeeping or janitorial preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting daily.
• Keep mail rooms clean; remove trash and dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Assist with apartment make-readies; caulk, check appliances, replace parts.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant units.
• Install, move, and hook up appliances as needed.
• Perform light painting and general upkeep as directed.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as required.
