Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, porter, or building maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with good time management and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic are expected.
• Must have valid I.D., reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community.
• Pickup trash and debris across property including breezeways and parking lots.
• Keep dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Blow off sidewalks, walkways, curbs with property equipment.
• Assist with cleaning signage, entrances, and amenity areas.
• Remove cobwebs from breezeways and entry doors.
• Maintain trimmed shrubs and mulch beds as needed.
• Support maintenance team with general upkeep tasks.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and report issues.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staff.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
