Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways, keeping them free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from grounds and walkways; replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to check for issues and maintain cleanliness.
• Pressure wash building exteriors and common areas as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units and keep compactor areas debris-free.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities to high standards.
