The role you’ll contribute:

Maintains the grounds in an attractive, safe and sanitary condition. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Performs a wide range of routine landscaping maintenance tasks using hand or power tools or equipment.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed.
• Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.
• Removes debris and takes care of hazardous conditions. Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.
• Maintains all irrigation systems and notifies the Facility Manager of any major system problems.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

• High School Grad or Equiv Required
• Driver's License (DL) Required
