**The role you’ll contribute:**

**Maintains the grounds in an attractive, safe and sanitary condition. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Performs a wide range of routine landscaping maintenance tasks using hand or power tools or equipment.**

**The value you’ll bring to the team:**

+ Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed.

+ Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.

+ Removes debris and takes care of hazardous conditions. Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.

+ Maintains all irrigation systems and notifies the Facility Manager of any major system problems.
