• Turf maintenance: Mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization of lawns and athletic fields.
• Property upkeep: Removing litter, leaves, and debris to ensure clean walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Equipment operation: Using hand tools and heavy machinery, such as tractors, mowers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and snowblowers.
• Irrigation maintenance: Installing, repairing, and monitoring sprinkler systems.
• Safety & repairs: Inspecting grounds for hazards, maintaining outdoor furniture, and clearing snow/ice.
