Job summary

Revised Personnel is seeking a reliable groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces in Arlington, including lawns, gardens and athletic fields. You will perform mowing, planting, trimming, irrigation work, and equipment operation to keep areas safe and attractive.

Candidates should be physically fit, able to work in varying weather, and hold a valid driver's license. Experience with landscaping machinery and knowledge of horticulture are preferred. This is a hands-on role in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Landscaping & horticulture: planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass; weeding, pruning, mulching beds.
• Turf maintenance: mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization of lawns and athletic fields.
• Property upkeep: removing litter and debris to keep walkways, parking lots, and common areas clean.
• Equipment operation: using hand tools and landscaping machinery (tractors, mowers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, snowblowers).
• Irrigation maintenance: installing, repairing, and monitoring sprinkler systems.
• Safety & repairs: inspecting grounds for hazards and maintaining outdoor furniture.
