Join to apply for the Groundskeeper (Porter) role at KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING.

This is an entry-level position supporting general maintenance, janitorial duties, and basic upkeep of the resort facility. The role reports to the Facilities Manager and involves maintaining cleanliness and appearance of interior and exterior areas, as well as assisting with event setup and breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and meet facility standards, including entrances, hallways, game rooms, community areas, fitness, spa, patios, and bathrooms.
• Perform janitorial services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, and replacing burnt-out bulbs.
• Maintain pool, spa, and water features regularly to keep them clean and debris-free; monitor water levels and safety signage.
• Work safely, using personal protective equipment and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist with facility repairs and preventative maintenance, reporting issues to the Maintenance Director.
• Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities and water testing results.
• Ensure furniture and equipment are properly placed and maintained.
• Assist with seasonal decorations and keep supplies organized.
• Perform additional duties such as trash removal, floor cleaning, equipment maintenance, and property inspections.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise levels. Ability to handle chemicals, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to navigate the property efficiently.
