Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working outdoors? The Taylor at 502 is looking for a motivated Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our community. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional team in a well-maintained residential property in Louisville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Perform light maintenance and landscaping tasks
• Prepare vacant apartments and common areas as needed
• Monitor and manage inventory of tools and supplies
• Ensure proper use and care of maintenance equipment
• Work safely and follow applicable OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least one month of related experience and/or training preferred
• Ability to walk the property, including stairs and outdoor areas, in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally heavier weights with assistance
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, at heights, and with chemicals when necessary
