Weinstein Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper for our Bexley Silverado community in Texas. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a starting pay of $18/hour and quarterly bonuses. You’ll help maintain clean, attractive grounds and support maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming environment.

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Willing to perform outdoor groundskeeping and related tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and groundskeeping tasks to keep communities welcoming.
• Assist maintenance as needed and support leasing teams.
• Operate basic tools and equipment as required, including power washers and blowers.
