Job summary

Weinstein Properties seeks a dedicated Groundskeeper for the Grapevine, TX community. You will maintain outdoor spaces, assist in upkeep, and help keep the property clean and welcoming for residents.

This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly wage starting at $16.50 with quarterly bonuses. Eligible for a $1,000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing. Join a team focused on training and growth opportunities within property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Willing to learn and grow into maintenance or related roles.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep the communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming.
• Perform outdoor maintenance tasks and light property upkeep.
• Assist maintenance and leasing teams as needed, with a team-oriented approach.
• Handle tasks that may be dirty or physically demanding with safety in mind.
