Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team in Texas. This position involves outdoor maintenance to keep communities clean and welcoming, with duties like trash pickup and pet waste cleanup. Responsibilities

• Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming as a groundskeeper.
• Perform outdoor maintenance including trash pickup and pet waste cleanup.
• Trashes out apartments and conducts other routine duties as assigned.
• Operate basic tools and equipment and assist maintenance as needed.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting

• You will get dirty: Tasks include picking up trash, cleaning pet waste stations, trashing out apartments, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like picking up litter and pet waste) are daily, recurring responsibilities.

• This is a physically demanding role: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks, frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, using hand tools and operating equipment (including backpack blowers, power washers), operating golf carts/trailers, frequently bending and stooping for planting, weeding and maintenance of outdoor spaces, and working in conditions with loud noise levels at times.
