Responsibilities

• Landscaping maintenance: weeding, trimming, watering.
• Cleaning and trash removal.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas throughout community.
• Outdoor facility maintenance: maintain lighting.
• Outdoor facility maintenance: maintain signage.
• Painting and small exterior repairs.
• Seasonal responsibilities: winter shoveling/salting, summer pool maintenance.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
