Weinstein Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper for our community in Cary, NC. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with starting pay at $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses and a $1,000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and take pride in a clean, welcoming property. This role involves outdoor work in all weather, trash and grounds maintenance, and possible light maintenance tasks, with competitive benefits.
