Job summary

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper for our Cary, NC community. The position is full-time, on-site, with a Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule. The pay starts at $16 per hour and includes quarterly bonuses, plus a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming through daily groundskeeping tasks
• Perform trash pickup, pet waste station cleaning, apartment trashing, and related duties
• Maintain outdoor spaces and assist maintenance as needed
• Support light painting, housekeeping, and other property tasks as required
