Avenue5 Residential in Bluffdale, UT is seeking a Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the grounds, amenities, and exterior areas to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with rotating weekends on-call.

Responsibilities include trash removal, market-ready unit prep, exterior cleaning, snow-response support, and ensuring top-notch customer service while maintaining confidentiality and safety. Training provided on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Prepare market-ready units and clean common areas.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces and sidewalks as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related emergencies.
• Report maintenance or life-safety issues promptly.
• Promote high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal with residents.
