Simpson Housing, McKinney, TX, seeks a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant at Villa s at Stonebridge Ranch Apartment Homes. You will maintain grounds and buildings, assist in lawn and landscape maintenance, and help with make-readies while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role supports a premier Class A community with a focus on residents, teamwork, and reliability. Pay starts at market rates with benefits, PTO, and insurance options; full-time schedule,Mon-Fri day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation required

Responsibilities

• Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
• Assisting in lawn and landscape maintenance including repair/adjustment of sprinklers
• Removing snow from walkways
• Assisting maintenance team members with apartment make-readies including painting and touch-up
• Delivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times

Responsibilities

Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant - Villa s at Stonebridge Ranch Apartment Homes (a premier class A 280-unit garden-style community located near downtown McKinney) – McKinney, TX

• Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
• Assisting in lawn and landscape maintenance including repair/adjustment of sprinklers
• Removing snow from walkways
• Assisting maintenance team members with apartment make-readies including painting and touch-up
• Delivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times

Pay Range: $15.46 - $17.23 per hour

This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, as commissions or bonuses.
