Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, and saws.
• Mow and edge property with power mowers and edgers.
• Shovel snow and spread salt when applicable.
• Maintain lawns, mulch, aerate, weed, and trim around beds and walls.
• Use hand tools for pruning, raking, and maintenance.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges as needed.
• Tidy litter and maintain grounds facilities.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides as directed.
• Ensure sidewalks, driveways, and planters are clean and watered.
