  • Clear grounds of debris and trash.
  • Empty trash receptacles and clean storm drains.
  • Dig trenches and perform minor repairs to streets and walkways.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Contract Type: Full-Time, Regular

Perform general landscape and grounds maintenance activities to include mowing, trimming and debris removal. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: supervisor and coworkers. This position typically will advise and counsel: NA. This position will supervise: NA.

Responsibilities
  • Job Duty 1 - Maintain trees, shrubs, groundcovers and flower beds (planting, fertilizing, mulching, watering, pruning, etc.)
  • Job Duty 2 - Transport equipment and personnel via motor vehicle to and from job sites.
  • Job Duty 3 - Perform lawn maintenance to include mowing, line trimming, edging, aeration, fertilization, lime application, etc.
  • Job Duty 4 - Clear landscape and grounds of debris, trash, branches and leaves.
  • Job Duty 5 - Empty trash receptacles, remove ice and clean storm drains.
  • Job Duty 6 - Dig trenches, perform minor street and walkways repairs.
  • Job Duty 7 - Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
