Qualifications

• 1 year of landscaping or groundskeeping experience with knowledge of plant care and irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with diverse tenants.
• Self-starter attitude, able to work with little supervision.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Acceptable background and criminal background check.
