Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning of common areas, vacant apartments, and grounds daily.
• Notify supervisor on completed work and readiness for inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked and supplies.
• Assist Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager with repairs and inventory as needed.
• Support resident relations and perform duties as assigned.
