Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our building and grounds. You will cut grass, trim around trees and walkways, clear debris, and ensure safe access for residents and staff.

The role requires experience with handheld tools, adherence to OSHA/EPA guidelines, and strong customer service and communication skills; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience using handheld lawn tools is required.
• Must comply with OSHA/EPA guidelines for chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and markers.
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition.
• May assist in loading/unloading of supplies and equipment.
• Maintains, services, cleans and stores equipment properly.
