Job Opening: Groundskeeper

We have a full-time position available for a GROUNDSKEEPER.

Location: Fluor Greenville - 100 Fluor Daniel Drive, Greenville, SC 29607. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Must demonstrate experience in handling landscaping yard tools and equipment.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Plans and manages grounds and plant maintenance, including growing schedules and propagation. Responsible for caring for grasses and plants, trimming, pruning, and general grounds maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Inspects common areas and exterior grounds; reports deficiencies.
• Mows lawns weekly during the season; cleans tools after use.
• Trims bushes and weeds flowerbeds regularly.
• Shovels walkways and salts or sands icy areas in winter.
• Contributes to team and maintains professionalism.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required.
