Job description

ESFM Groundskeeper Position

We have an opening for a full-time Groundskeeper at Fluor Greenville, located at 100 Fluor Daniel Drive, Greenville, SC 29607. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. More details will be provided upon interview.

Requirements: Must demonstrate experience with landscaping yard tools and equipment.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for grounds and plant maintenance, including planting, pruning, landscaping, and general property inspections and upkeep.

Essential Duties

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Inspect and report deficiencies in common areas and grounds.
• Mow lawns, trim bushes, weed flowerbeds, and maintain outdoor walkways.
• Perform winter snow shoveling and de-icing as needed.
• Contribute positively to team interactions and professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license required.
