Hard Rock International seeks a Groundskeeper for Seminole Casino Coconut Creek to join the Facilities & Maintenance team. This part-time role focuses on heavy-duty housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and detailed cleaning across casino premises.

You will operate cleaning equipment, assist with floor care, carpet cleaning, and trash removal while upholding safety standards and the high guest-experience standards of Seminole Gaming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate; 3+ years with commercial/industrial cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crouch and climb repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty housekeeping duties in all casino areas, including grounds maintenance.
• Care for floors and carpets; detail cleaning of equipment; washing and sanitizing.
• Trash removal and routine grounds upkeep around the property.

Duties include, but are not limited to floor/carpet care, detail cleaning of equipment, washing, sweeping, sanitizing, trash removal and grounds maintenance.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** High school diploma or technical certificate as well as a minimum of three (3) years experience with commercial/industrial cleaning equipment , or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.* Must be able to lift 40 pounds and be on feet for entire shift. Position requires person to be able to stand, stoop, bend, crouch and climb on a continuous basis.**WORK ENVIRONMENT:*** May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
