Job summary

Seminole Casino Coconut Creek is seeking a Facilities Maintenance team member to service guest and non-guest areas of the facilities. You will perform pressure washing of patios, pool decks, and furniture, and handle cleaning of mechanical rooms and related areas.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to casino policies. You will contribute to a safe, clean environment while supporting maintenance operations 24/7.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks, and pool furniture.
• General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms.
• Fill out maintenance request forms and submit to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Parking lot trash cleanup including lakes, ponds, and rooftops.
• Follow policies to minimize interruptions to operations.
