Job summary

Seminole Casino Coconut Creek in Florida is hiring a Deli Server for our busy Food & Beverage team. The incumbent assists with preparation of foods in the Deli and ensures dishes meet our quality and sanitation standards.

You will follow departmental policies, work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, and may be required to work weekends and holidays. High school diploma or GED is required; culinary apprenticeship or AOS degree is preferred.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with the departmental and Seminole Casino policies, practices and procedures.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** High school diploma or GED required.* A culinary apprenticeship or an AOS degree from a culinary institution is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.* Must possess a knowledge of sanitation and quality food preparation techniques.**WORK ENVIRONMENT:*** May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.* The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
