Job summary

Prodigy Property Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, parking areas, and common facilities. The role operates Tuesday through Saturday under supervision of the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to keep areas clean and orderly.

The position involves performing cleaning and basic maintenance tasks, including floor care, window washing, trash disposal, and light bulb replacement, with regular meetings and training as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, and trim
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Polish metalwork
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays
• Transport trash and waste to the disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Replace light bulbs
• Cut and trim grass and shovel snow
• Deliver messages
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments
• Attend and participate in regular meetings and training, as assigned
