Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in general groundskeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Basic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance and groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform all grounds maintenance as required.
• Maintain irrigation systems and garden tools/equipment.
• Remove snow/ice from walkways and driveways; conduct grounds tours.
• Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO) and assist with reporting.
