Job summary

PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced General Maintenance Workers to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA.

We offer hands-on work maintaining mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, conducting inspections, and managing work orders in MAXIMO. After-hours service may be required, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general building maintenance, supporting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct building tours/inspections; manage work orders in MAXIMO/NCMMS.
• Perform general repairs, respond to work orders, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical maintenance.
• Maintain emergency power and fire protection systems.
• Perform architectural/structural maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Clean drains and gutters; perform minor painting and repairs.
• Manage furniture/equipment relocation and inventory.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal as needed.
